1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Stick Nyalungu Travel website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of our website and travel services.

2. Services

Stick Nyalungu Travel provides travel planning, booking, and management services including but not limited to flight bookings, hotel reservations, tour packages, car rentals, travel insurance, visa assistance, and related travel services. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit of R500 is required to secure your booking. No space will be held without payment of the deposit. The balance is due as specified in your booking confirmation. Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated. We accept bank transfers (EFT), credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of payments made.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

In the event that you cancel or are unable to attend the trip for any reason, only 20% of the total amount paid will be refunded. This is due to upfront payments already made for accommodation, transport, and related arrangements. Cancellation policies from third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators) may also apply. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations. Our agency fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered.

5. Travel Documentation

All travellers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas (if required), and any other necessary travel documents. No refunds will be given for failure to meet border requirements. While we provide visa assistance, we cannot guarantee visa approvals. Stick Nyalungu Travel is not liable for denied entry due to inadequate documentation.

6. Limitation of Liability

Stick Nyalungu Travel acts as an intermediary between clients and travel service providers. The organisers will not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, delays, or unforeseen circumstances that may occur during the trip. We are not liable for acts, omissions, or defaults of airlines, hotels, tour operators, or other third-party suppliers. We recommend comprehensive travel insurance for all trips.

7. Trip Itinerary & Inclusions

The trip itinerary will be planned and provided by the organisers and shared with all travellers in advance. Any requests to explore locations or activities outside of the itinerary must be communicated beforehand and may be subject to approval and additional costs. Lunch, dinner, and any additional activities not specified in the package are the responsibility of the traveller and must be covered at their own expense. It is the traveller's responsibility to carefully read and understand the full package offering. We will not be held liable for any misunderstandings arising from failure to review the provided information.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Stick Nyalungu Travel and is protected by South African intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

9. Code of Conduct

All travellers are expected to behave respectfully. The organisers reserve the right to remove any individual whose behaviour negatively affects the group, without refund. If accommodation is shared, travellers agree to respectful co-living. Special requests are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
